2025-2026 Course Registration
Application Process
Our application window is open! All applications must be submitted by July 21, 2025.
1. Please fill out the following form: Application Form
2. After we review your application, parents will receive a registration packet via email. You will receive this in 2-3 business days). It will contain course information, payment information, and other materials for parents and students.
3. Complete the registration packet and return to us by July 28, 2025.. This will include submitting course payment or initiating a payment plan. Details will be included in your registration packet.
4. Classes begin on August 4, 2025!

Tuition
The cost for each course varies (please see the Courses page for a detailed list of prices). Tuition can be paid at one time, or a payment plan can be established. More details will be provided in your registration packet.
Refunds
If parents decide that we're not a good fit for their child, or your child is unable to complete the course, we do provide a refund schedule. More details are included in your registration packet.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Does my child have to live in Tennessee to take a course?
No. We accept students from all 50 states.
- We live overseas. Is it possible for my child to enroll in a course?
Yes, however we would like to speak with you to ensure we can best serve your child given their current context. Please reach out to us for more information.
- Do you offer classes in Spanish or another language?
Not at this time. All classes are conducted in English.
- Can my child sign up for more than one course?
Yes! We don't recommend students take more than one AP course at a time, but all of our other courses can be taken at the same time.
- Our school calendar is different from Aspire2Code's. How does that impact our child's learning experience?
As part of our individualized educational approach, parents will provide dates that the student will not be in class. For example, spring break and fall break schedules can vary widely. We work with each student to ensure that they will not fall behind, and can enjoy their well deserved breaks.
- Is there an extra charge to set up a payment plan?
No. There is no extra charge for setting up a payment plan, nor are you charged a monthly fee.
